Now iam new joined from my friend request and suggestion me I purchased the app and open id and pay 200 after 2 days i received my 279 for refund my request withdraw the money I try to withdraw but name not emty show below the photo so kindly request I can't withdraw money from app, not proceed of withdrawal, to help me

Inability to get through to Customer Service.

I was on hold with Customer Servicing for (literally)several hours over a two-week period. I finally requested a loan officer return my call. A loan officer did call back and was able to get through to C-S. I needed a name-correction on my Custodial IRA Joshua Joseph, Investment Specialist, was kind enough to call me back to determine the nature of my inquiry. He sent the needed form to complete the necessary changes to my account. I signed and emailed the requested information. Joshua is scheduled to call me this week to advise of the status of the account changes that I requested.

User's recommendation: I recommend (FOR future customers) including a "Due to high call volume, please leave your name and telephone number for the next-available representative to return your call" feature to the menu options. Most people cannot remain on hold for e6xtended periods of time.

I have been trying to contact specialty services to get my money out of my Mom's IRA which I'm a beneficiary since May 8th. This company is an absolute joke, currently on hold for 3 hours.

The rep assigned to me fell of the face of the earth and then re appeared and promised to call me TUESDAY, it's FRIDAY. I have my own account with ML Edge which will be transferred to TD Ameritrade. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR COMPANY, I own 4 companies and would be closed down if I ran it like your company. I need to contact some government agency that regulates IRA beneficiary accounts because there is no way you should be able to hold onto my money, glad it is in cash and don't have to worry about managing it. HELP!

Cannot reach them on the phone

I tried to call Merrill Lynch for a transfer to my bank of america account. I stayed 35 minutes on the phone with all representatives busy. Maybe they have only 2 representatives for the whole USA.

Did no give info

Refused to tell me how much money of mine was transferred into mothers trust. I had an account before the transfer and should be able to know info about my account. They said the account has a trustee. I know that. I wanted to know before there was a trustee. They refused.

Worst Financial Institution - does not care about customers

Been with Bank of America for 37 years and I have an Edge account with Merrill Lynch. Do not even think about calling to speak to a customer service rep . or trading desk as you will be on a hold for a minimum of 30 minutes. It is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced outside of Comcast Corporation 8 years ago. I get a better customer service at a fast-food place where I spend $7 versus having 6 $digit account. As soon as my CDs mature I am fleeing this horrendous company. My experience with Bank of America is decent and no issues but Merrill is just horrible.

Will not assist with releasing funds to IRA beneficiaries. Owner died 2 1/2 years ago. Each response is contradictory.

I need a paper showing my pension , and how long I’ll get it ? Babcock power is the ones it’s under .

The one I talked to told me he would send a paper showing my pension and how long it will come but , said 5 day an never got it . I need it I'm financing my home .

Unable to contact Life Service Team Specialist

I am the administrator (court appointed) for a deceased individual who has an account at Merrill. The normal account verification process will not work, I Must speak to an individual on that team or at least get the email address of a specialist on that team so I can explain the situation. I spent over 1 1/2 hours yesterday on hold and I'm at the 1 3/4 hour point so far today. The phone number and email account that the deceased had when the account was created no longer available. I hope someone reads this and can respond.

Disappointed

I have had so much trouble getting my money out of the Binghamton NY branch. I still dont have it after months!!!!!!!!! Absolutely Terrible Service- No Service.. They simply ignore my phone calls and emails

Poor customer service and lies

As I prepare to report them to the department of banking, in addition to their hours of wait time via phone they lied to me about waving a wire transfer fee, had I not checked they simply make you wait online and provide inaccurate and false information. The must be fully investigate by the dept of banking / FDIC.

Horrible service

I am not sure what happened! My account has been on hold for 3 weeks and I still have no access to my money and still nobody can tell me why or fix it !!
